Your mug will ship in 1 business days from purchase date. Customized or personalized mugs are subject to longer shipping dates. Expect longer shipping times during holiday seasons (Mother's Day, Graduation, Halloween, Christmas, etc).
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package. Shipping used to arrives within 3-6 business days from ship date.
If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchasing, please send a message via Etsy to let us know (immediately), and we will change the address for you. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will need to pay the shipping fees to have it sent back to you.
